WHAT I DO

STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE

This hour session will leave your heart pounding and you feeling great. Lighter weight and larger reps with partner and individual workouts. This class will bring a functional fitness aspect ideal for strengthening the body for every day life.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Classes will consist of total body workout focusing on strength and flexibility. This will be a varied circuit style class designed to challenge all abilities and fitness levels. We use a wide range of equipment from free weights and kettle bells to Suspension trainers and core balls to gain strength within our body. 

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal sessions can help you make the most of your time spent training. My qualifications and experience will help you define, achieve and exceed your goals, by identifying realistic, challenging and enjoyable personal programmes. Full and lasting results can be reached with a series of sessions and are suitable for people of all ages and abilities. We have the options of 1-1 2-1 or Group PT Sessions (max 4 people).

SUSPENSION TRAINING

Suspension training is offered as a course. It consists of body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
