Mobility
Mobility Class is all about dedicating time to care for your body and soft tissue to promote better movement and improved functional range of motion. Consider this as guided self-care; a practice crucial to health and fitness. Expect this class to “hurt so good” while you roll, floss, release, smash, and stretch your way to true functional improvement.
Suspension Training
Suspension training is offered as a course. It consists of body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
Suspension training engages multiple muscle groups at once, which can increase muscle activation and joint stability. The adjustable straps allow you us modify the intensity of each exercise
Personal Training
Personal sessions can help you make the most of your time spent training. Our qualifications and experience will help you define, achieve and exceed your goals, by identifying realistic, challenging and enjoyable personal programmes. Full and lasting results can be reached with a series of sessions and are suitable for people of all ages and abilities. We have the options of 1-1 2-1 or Group PT Sessions (max 3 people).
Strength & Conditioning
Classes will consist of total body workout focusing on strength and flexibility. This will be a varied circuit style class designed to challenge all abilities and fitness levels. We use a wide range of equipment from free weights and kettle bells to Suspension trainers and core balls to gain strength within our body.
Bootcamp
This hour session will leave your heart pounding and you feeling great. Lighter weight and larger reps. This class will bring a functional fitness aspect ideal for strengthening the body for every day life. This a full-body exercise session that combines cardio and strength training
